The properties are located in prominent areas and selected with attention to comfort, functionality and high quality finishing. The portfolio now includes multiple residential and commercial assets.

We rent out multiple residential properties in various neighborhoods across Rotterdam. These properties are carefully selected and offer a comfortable living environment.
Recently we fully furnished a stylish apartment in the prestigious Zalmhaven Tower.
In this iconic building on the Maas we currently have two apartments under lease.
In the Hoeksche Waard region we own an 86 m2 apartment located in Parc Alcazar, scheduled for completion mid Q1 2026. We also own a property in Villapark Panjevaart, which is available only for short term rental up to four months.
Our real estate portfolio is currently expanding with a villa in the Golfe de Saint-Tropez in France, scheduled for completion in mid Q1 2026.
At this moment we own an office building in the Hoeksche Waard in Puttershoek. It is a luxury office property with an A++ energy label and 409 m² usable floor area, including six parking spaces with charging points as well as two covered parking spaces.
ABOUT MEMy name is Laura den Hartigh, founder and director of L.P.J. Investments Holding B.V. Entrepreneurship is in my DNA. As the daughter of two driven entrepreneurs I learned early on what it means to spot opportunities and build sustainable success.
After completing my studies at Hotelschool Maastricht and earning an MSc in Management – Global Business at Nyenrode Business University, I specialised in PR and strategic communication for leading hospitality brands such as NH Hotel Group, Q Hospitality Group and Quality Lodgings, and contributed to prominent industry events including the Horecava.
In my role as MGA manager at Den Hartigh Adviesgroep I further developed my leadership skills and gained extensive experience in insurance, compliance and business operations. At the same time I led various real estate projects in Rotterdam and the surrounding region, always with a focus on quality, functionality and aesthetics.
I am also active as a model for various national and international brands, which strengthens my network and sharpens my sense of branding, experience and visual communication.
With L.P.J. Investments I combine these diverse disciplines into one powerful whole. I work with partners on projects driven by growth, creativity and impact, whether in real estate, marketing and PR, hospitality, strategic investments or high end branding.
My drive is to create value that lasts. For my partners, my environment and the future.
Model management
Since 2018 I have worked as a model for leading fashion and beauty brands, both nationally and internationally. In my collaborations I consciously choose brands that align with my personal values, appearance and style. Authenticity, long term involvement and a strong visual identity form the foundation.
Modeling has given me a sharp eye for aesthetics and brand positioning, as well as valuable experience in building a personal brand and working with international creative teams.

The hospitality sector has been a constant thread throughout my professional life. My fascination for hospitality, concept development and fine dining began at a young age and grew through my work in Michelin starred restaurants, culinary travels and my specialisation in PR for high end hospitality brands.
From this background I developed the concept The Dining Atelier together with my business partner and close friend Erik van der Kooij, an expert in marketing and communication.
The Dining Atelier is an exclusive online platform focused on fine dining and high end gastronomy, featuring a carefully curated selection of national and international restaurants. We create high quality social media content, collaborate with leading chefs and offer unique extras to our followers through our reservation network, such as a glass of champagne, signature bites or a personal welcome.
With a growing network in the culinary world we aim to be an inspiring link between gastronomy, the guest and the overall experience.
